Raymond is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management. He possesses multiple skills in general human resources, handling employment and Labour related matters, good knowledge of the Labour laws of Uganda, facilitating Negotiations and supporting the learning and capacity development of staff.
Prior to joining Clarkson, Raymond worked with institutions like Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE) and BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd (BUBL). The wealth of experience obtained from these institutions have greatly shaped his understanding of the Human Resource profession. Raymond is a registered member of Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU).
Raymond did with the ILO i.e. Master Training on the Effective Business Member Organization from the International Training Center of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), a Bachelors of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (BIOP) from Makerere University and a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He is currently pursuing a Masters in Management studies from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), focusing on research. With his experience, Raymond is committed to supporting management of Clarkson and staff to drive initiatives that will see Clarkson not only maintain her number one position in the insurance brokerage industry but to reach even greater heights.
