Lubinda Linyama is the Chairman of Clarkson Insurance & Risk Services Limited, Zambia.
Lubinda is also the Managing Partner of the firm Eric Silwamba, Jalasi & Linyama Legal Practitioners. He has vast experience in diverse areas of Litigation, Commercial Law, Mining Law and General Business Law.
He is also a Corporate Advisor in major areas of Company Law, Employment & Labor Matters and Secretarial Services for both local and multinational companies operating in Zambia.
He is well equipped with negotiating skills and was part of the main and sub-committees of the negotiations between the Republic of Zambia and Chinese Investors.
