Kenneth Milugo is the Group ICT Manager with more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and academia leading ICT. He is a meticulous strategic thinker and an information technology enthusiast with outstanding experience in ICT service and infrastructure management, ICT security & audit, systems & network administration, process reengineering, strategy design & delivery and project & change management.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Computer Science from Kisii University and currently finalizing Masters of Science in Computer Systems at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is ITILv3 & PMP® Certified and also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in General Insurance.
