Beatrice Mwangi has over 15 years of work experience as a management consultant professional and has worked with a number of recognized corporate firms both in the public and not-for-profit space.
She is also an Executive Director- Advisory Services at Parker Randall Eastern Africa- a fully licensed member of Parker Randall International, a top-ranked, international association of independent audit and accounting firms that provide assurance, tax and advisory services.
Her vast range of skills includes organization development, HR audits, strategy development and implementation, as well as management training in a wide range of courses including management and leadership. She has also had considerable experience in other strategic management services including performance management systems, developing of policies, job analysis and evaluation, job satisfaction and evaluation surveys, competency development and executive selection
Besides Clarkson, Beatrice sits on several other Boards and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Information Technology.
